First two days of a Four-day Course (Necessity for beginners)
You will learn all the skills needed to work and run a commercial floristry business: as
we take you through all the steps needed to create beautiful handtied bouquets in
different styles, floral foam arrangements in an array of different shapes and sizes,
discuss gift wrapping, make elegant funeral tributes and learn about creating vase
arrangements suitable for the home, corporate clients and for parties and events.
Last Two Advanced Bridal techniques (Certificate to be issued after Completed all
Four days)
The most delicate and precise wiring techniques and applies them to bridal fashion,
such as constructing a whole bridal bouquet from individual rose petals – or
cascading designs full of dramatic beauty. It is the perfect course for florists who
would like to specialize in weddings and take their existing work to the next level.
These courses will take place at Villa Jana Guesthouse each morning.
The cost is R 4 500-00 VAT inclusive for the 4-day course.
All flowers and containers, snacks, coffee and tea and lunch are included.
Start of course: 8h30 daily until 14h30 You can take the flowers and containers home.
